La calamarata è un primo piatto tipico napoletano, il suo nome prende il nome dal formato di pasta a forma di grandi anelli simili agli anelli di calamaro e prevede di essere servita con un sugo di calamari e pomodori freschi (ma ci sono anche numerosi varianti in cui al sugo della calamarata si aggiungono anche i frutti di mare).
